Blacktail Deer Hunt
Frontera Hunting offers a very limited amount of Blacktail Deer on private properties. These exclusive hunting trips for A Zone Deer are in high demand due to the ideal hunting conditions and the fact that our guests are not required to apply for points like many other California zones. Hunting on our select portfolio of private subregions ensures a successful guided hunt that will be allotted 3 days for a Buck or Trophy Buck.
We can arrange all your taxidermy work for you and pickup/delivery arrangements will be made with third party.
What To Bring:
- Valid California Hunting License
- Valid California Deer Tag for A-Zone
- Nonlead Ammunition
- Rifle/Archery Equipment
- Hiking Boots
- Warm clothing
- Binoculars (not necessary but helpful)
All hunters must be 12 years and older.

$7,500-$10,000 per person/trophy buck
1 - 3 Hunters
Trophy Buck is 39 points or more. Point system is width plus height plus horn points as well as eye guards.
$4,000 per person/general buck

*Adult Ride-along Guests: $250/per person (Minors: No Charge)
